Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and empathy.

• Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records (EHR), documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in line with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults seeking support for various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in California.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and creating effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer competencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
