Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify patient mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate dynamic therapy groups and workshops online, focusing on relevant themes such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and life skills, aimed at enhancing patient engagement and education.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance overall patient care, ensuring continuity and comprehensive support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Participate in outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness within the community and engaging in various wellness events to widen the center's reach.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in adherence to ethical and legal requirements, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; preference will be given to candidates with a Master's or doctoral degree.

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
