Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, leveraging the latest telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions. We understand the importance of maintaining a work-life balance, hence our business hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will perform pivotal clinical work, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adhering to their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective treatment interventions.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results along the therapeutic continuum.

• Coordinating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, ensuring that the most effective practices inform clinical work.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions, evaluations, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or doctorate from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current in-state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment techniques, specifically for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.
\n
• A solid foundation in psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.
\n
• Demonstrable experience in successfully treating clients with mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly valued. Previous experience working with diverse client populations will enhance your integration into our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
