Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in conjunction with patients, utilizing evidence-based modalities to address individual needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, tracking progress and modifying treatment plans as needed to maximize patient outcomes.

• Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with department standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with medical and support staff to create a well-rounded care program that enhances the patient experience and ensures continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our facility, you will work predominantly with individuals facing various mental health challenges, as well as their families. Your focus will include diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds, addressing specific needs related to psychological trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. You will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals achieve their highest level of psychosocial functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of New York.

• Strong foundational knowledge of the aging process, human development, and cultural competency in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
