Job Description We’ve got a Night Shift CRNA locum opportunity in Fredericksburg, VA , starting December 15, 2025 . This is a Level II Trauma environment with heavy OB and thoracic , making it ideal for experienced night providers. \n Call or Text for more information: \n Heather Kylen, RN \n Sr. Recruiting Consultant \n P: View phone number on click.appcast.io \n \n \n Location: Fredericksburg, VA Schedule: 3×12s (7p–7a), Sunday–Saturday rotation \n • Must be open to working weekends \n • 36+ hrs/week | Schedule released 8 weeks in advance \n • 6-month contract preferred \n Start Date: 12/15/2025 Pay: $250-260/hr | \n ✈ Travel: Flights only covered for FT round-trip \n \n \n \n Clinical Details: \n • OB & Thoracic experience required (Level II Trauma exp MUST ) \n • Pediatrics preferred — occasional floating to satellite & ASC sites \n • All cases except transplants: Hearts, lung, healthy Peds Dental/ENT, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT, etc. \n • CRNAs do their own spinals and epidurals (no blocks) \n • 12-hr shifts (7p–7a) — blocks not guaranteed \n \n \n \n ✅ Requirements: \n • 2+ years minimum experience \n • VA License required or in process at time of submittal \n • AHA Certifications required \n • Must have clean background for Emergency Privs \n • OB & Thoracic experience, Level II trauma background required \n • Peds preferred \n \n \n \n Additional Info: \n • Emergency privileges available to help with holiday coverage \n • OT paid after scheduled shift , not after 36 hours \n \n \n \n This is a great fit for experienced CRNAs who enjoy night work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment. \n
