Front Desk Legendary Sweat Payroll LLC, Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States About this position Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is looking for energetic, organized, business‑mindful individuals to serve as the first point of contact as a Canine Concierge. Two part‑time positions are available. Candidates should love dogs and be proactive in their development toward becoming better canine citizens – and upon successful completion of training, can even bring their dog to work. Day to Day Duties Sell daycare enrollments Lead tours of the facility Book Meet & Greet appointments over the phone Make follow‑up calls to leads Communicate with pet parents and dogs via phone and text Post to Instagram and Facebook Use computer software including MS Office, iOS, and more Multi‑task: deliver customer service while balancing the needs of Canine Coaches in playrooms Perform cleaning duties Manage a POS system Greet everyone that walks into Dogtopia Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with Dogtopia safety and cleaning standards Manage inventory of office supplies Communicate behavior modification plans to pet parents and handle behavior challenges Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Answer phones, emails, and questions from pet parents Strive for high customer review ratings What we offer Competitive wages with flexibility in scheduling Career progression based on performance Additional certification programs available Educational resources in basic dog obedience and training Fun, dynamic team culture Bring your dog to work day Qualifications Must love dogs Ability to stand up to 100% of the work time Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast‑paced environment Strong customer service skills, including tolerance for customer interactions Ability to make and take phone calls while assisting at the lobby Comfortable with upselling Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Salary Information $16.30 per hour Job Type: Part‑time Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Legendary Sweat Payroll LLC
