Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to accurately determine clients' mental health status and treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who present a wide range of mental health conditions from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Given our diverse patient population, therapists are expected to demonstrate cultural competence and adaptability in their therapeutic approaches. Your ability to build trust and create a safe space for clients will be fundamental in empowering them to work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A clean professional record, with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
