Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions for adults, employing solution-focused modalities that foster client progress.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to offer seamless and effective virtual therapy sessions from anywhere.

• Manage crisis situations by offering timely intervention and support, ensuring immediate risk assessment and appropriate care referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will involve working with a varied clientele, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing compassionate and personalized therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities, with a commitment to maintaining accurate client records.

• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure must be ensured.
