Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessments and client goals, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, using an empathetic approach to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to provide flexibility for clients with accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
