Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Emotional Intelligence Psychotherapy LTD, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet client needs.

• Assessing clients’ mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals.

• Employing various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and narrative therapy to guide clients toward achieving their goals.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Keeping accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
