We understand that small acts of thoughtfulness make all the difference in creating an extraordinary hospitality experience.The role of Front Desk Supervisor serves as the first point of contact for our guests and is responsible for supporting the front desk staff. The Front Desk Supervisor possess the necessary leadership and interpersonal skills to ensure all customer service standards are met and all guests have an enjoyable experience.Responsibilities include:Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure all guests have a positive experienceImplement front office policies and proceduresTrain and coach front desk staffBalancing daily paperwork: Cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batchesPost charges, such those for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls, to ledgers manually or by using computersManage room reservations, availability, and guests Check-Ins/OutsHandles all guests request, makes changes as necessaryMust be able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentCompensation and Benefits include:This position offers a starting rate that ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.Full time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's health, dental, vision, and retirement plans (once qualified).Job Qualifications & SkillsSuperb written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and multi-tasking abilitiesJudgment and decision makingStrong knowledge of MS office programsExperience with property management systems is a plusMathematics and reading comprehensionStrong attention to detailAbility to stand for long periods of timePrevious experience in a hospitality or in a leadership roleMust be willing and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Hotels Unlimited
