The unit maintains a patient ratio of 1:5 on Medical-Surgical and 2:7 on CNA shifts, with experienced support staff including charge nurses, resource nurses, and dedicated RT teams. The facility features modern EMR systems (Meditech Expanse), IV pumps (Alaris), and Pyxis medication dispensing. Travel nurses are encouraged to float within their scope, with a thorough orientation program provided.
