Accounts Payable Specialist

We have an outstanding Contract position for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a leading Company located in Los Alamitos, CA .
Pay Rate : $25 - $27
Responsibilities :
- Cover the receptionist during breaks and lunches every day and every other Friday.
- Greet visitors and assist them with the sign-in process.
- Complete the appropriate security screening prior tovisitors enteringthe building beyond the reception area.
- Answer calls (internal and external), direct them to the appropriate person, and page employees when needed.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
- Minimum 5 years of AP experience.
- Any ERP system.
- Knowledge of basic Excel.
