Executive Assistant

Divergent Alliance is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a senior executive from our Algonquin, Illinois office. This is a high-trust position supporting a fast-paced leader with significant travel, customer engagement and external responsibilities. Pay Range: $58,000 - $178,000 We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, paid company holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a complex executive calendar including meetings, customer visits and travel Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and expense reporting Prepare, format and proofread presentations, proposals and correspondence Maintain tracking and reporting for ongoing initiatives and priorities Coordinate document requests and administrative submissions Track action items and follow up to ensure completion Support customer meetings, industry events and conferences Maintain organized and accurate digital records Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS Three or more years of experience supporting an executive or senior leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus Exceptional organization, attention to detail and independent judgment Construction, engineering, utility or professional services experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
