This position is designed for those who thrive in a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with school communities. Our team employs various digital tools and platforms to maintain engagement with students, parents, and educational staff, creating a comprehensive support system. You will work standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, collaborating closely with teachers, school counselors, and administrative staff to provide holistic mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the strengths and needs of students, identifying barriers to academic success and social engagement.

• Provide exceptional counseling services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans that encompass behavior modification strategies, coping mechanisms, and lifestyle adjustments in collaboration with students, parents, and the interdisciplinary school team.

• Proactively support goal setting with students to manage chronic conditions and enhance mental resilience, facilitating both synchronous and asynchronous engagement.

• Regularly reach out to students and families to promote engagement in therapeutic activities, offer support, and encourage positive behavior changes based on individual needs.

• Accurately document all patient interactions, progress, and evolving care plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse student population ranging from elementary to high school ages, each with unique backgrounds, experiences, and mental health concerns. Your focus will encompass not only their psychological needs but also the broader context of their educational environment, allowing you to utilize interdisciplinary collaboration to create effective support systems that enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited institution is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on youth.

• Strong knowledge and practical implementation of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
