This position is designed to be fully remote, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balance between work and personal life. Our team values flexibility, with available scheduling options of either 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health challenges.

• Gather comprehensive information through interviewing clients to interpret social, personal, and health dynamics impacting their well-being.
\n
• Evaluate clients' mental health statuses, tailoring treatment approaches as appropriate within the scope of practice.
\n
• Plan and coordinate programs to address the emotional and social needs of our clients effectively.
\n
• Facilitate responses to cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges, including acute crisis management and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish rapport with clients through relationship-building, fostering an environment of trust and mutual respect.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, documenting relevant findings according to established protocols.
\n
• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring that documentation is current and reflective of each client's progress and treatment services.

• Provide individualized clinical counseling for various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and family dynamics.

• Engage in professional development through ongoing training and may take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

This role specifically addresses the needs of a diverse student population within the educational setting. You will work closely with children and adolescents who may be experiencing behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges, implementing effective interventions to foster their mental health and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting is essential; a minimum of four years in social work or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in therapeutic techniques specifically addressing behavioral health issues, including but not limited to mental health disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
