Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, group workshops, and family counseling initiatives, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address varied mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including school psychologists, educators, and healthcare providers, to develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

• Provide crisis intervention services, swiftly addressing urgent situations and facilitating referrals to community resources for students and families requiring additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accessible for continuity of care.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions, peer reviews, case discussions, and staff meetings to enhance clinical skills and ensure that our practice aligns with current research and best practices in social work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
