Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and maintaining professional ethics while providing consistent support tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients to assess their stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and identify appropriate discharge timelines when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate comprehensive, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' needs and establish treatment goals.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote healing and development.

• Engage in individual supervision for professional growth, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices.

• Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare providers to optimize client outcomes and overall care coordination.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent field of study.

• Current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of practical clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficient in utilizing various computer applications, including spreadsheet software, mental health record management systems (RMS), and communication platforms such as Outlook and Pimsy.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to clients of varying age groups.
\n
• Ability and comfort in administering comprehensive intake assessments.
\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model means that you have the potential to earn additional bonuses based on productive caseload management.
