As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or local responders when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines. Support daily operations at the location by completing routine reports, communicating clearly with tenants and visitors, and following assigned procedures during opening, closing, and after-hours activities. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
