Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Horizons Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with individuals, couples, and families to develop personalized treatment plans that address complex relational dynamics.

• Engage in therapeutic sessions to support clients dealing with various issues, including, but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling disputes
\n
• Job stress and medical issues
\n
• Adapting to blended families and navigating challenges associated with separation and divorce
\n
• Communication difficulties within familial settings
\n
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as part of a multidisciplinary team approach to holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be serving a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
