And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.**Position Summary**The Hybrid BDR role is a **full-cycle pipeline generation position** that owns **all lead sources** for a defined set of accounts. Each Hybrid BDR is aligned to **one Sales Manager (DSM)** and partners with **3-5 Account Manager / Solutions Engineer (AM/SE) pairs** and their book of business.This is a **quota-carrying role** with an **annual quota** and **quarterly targets**. The expectation is simple: **meet and exceed targets** by executing with urgency, strong habits, and customer-focused discovery across inbound and outbound motions.The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
