Operations Recruiter

To support high-volume operational hiring needs, the experienced Operations Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry-level positions in a fully remote contractor role, partnering with hiring managers to attract and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional-level positions Minimum 3+ years of experience recruiting for Operations positions Proficiency using Workday or comparable applicant tracking systems Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
