Apply or call us TODAY!Job DescriptionVerify and post accounts receivable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other recordsAssist in generating monthly billing statementsCreate and submit invoices to customersIdentify delinquent accountsCollect payments from customers and record transactions in the systemPrepare and submit bank depositsMaintain database and spreadsheets, updating information as neededOther duties as assigned?Job RequirementsBasic knowledge of Accounts Receivable proceduresAt least 6 months relevant experienceKnowledge in accounting principlesExcellent customer service skillsBasic understanding of common Accounting softwareCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
