Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available community resources.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy, during individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific therapeutic goals that guide the path to healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create and execute comprehensive, client-centered treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as necessary, ensuring client safety and immediate support when needed.

• Document all therapy sessions and updates to treatment plans meticulously and in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
