Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify mental health diagnoses, develop personalized treatment plans, and document ongoing assessments according to company policy.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients each week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring you leverage technology for effective client engagement.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and understanding.

• Utilize creative interventions and evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client, enabling them to set and exceed their personal therapeutic goals.

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping by preparing and submitting individual session documentation following established compliance protocols.

As an LMFT at Native Health Center, you will work primarily with a diverse client base that includes individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Hold a current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) state license.
