Key Responsibilities\n

• Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Client Management: Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring each session is well-documented following company protocols, including progress notes and treatment reviews.

• Collaboration: Work alongside case managers, families, medical professionals, and educational staff to coordinate services, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Creative Interventions: Use innovative and tailored interventions in therapy to support clients in reaching and surpassing their therapeutic goals, adapting strategies as needed based on the client’s progress.

• Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed session notes and required documentation promptly, adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve families, children, adolescents, and couples who may be facing various psychological challenges, including but not limited to relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent therapy, embracing the unique perspectives and needs of each client to foster healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated knowledge of family therapy services and community resources, with a strong foundation in mental health evaluation and treatment protocols.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate clients’ progress and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
