This full-time remote position plays a significant role in delivering high-quality mental health services through telehealth. Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing services to clients through telehealth platforms. Our flexible schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This telehealth environment enables clinicians to manage their time effectively while delivering much-needed support to clients in a variety of circumstances.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose clients and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

  Maintain a robust caseload of 25 to 30 clients each week, ensuring effective tracking of treatment progress through meticulous documentation, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes in adherence to organizational policies.

  Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that resonate with clients and encourage real-life applications.

  Showcase creativity in therapy interventions, helping clients set and achieve their goals while fostering a supportive and validating environment.

  Collaborate closely with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

  Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to departmental goals by actively participating in team meetings and case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will employ culturally competent practices that respect and integrate the unique backgrounds and identities of each individual. This approach fosters trust, making it easier for clients to engage in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required, along with an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

  Strong foundation in family therapy services, solid understanding of community resources, and experience with mental health documentation practices is essential.

  Proficiency in completing diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes is mandatory.

  Experience working directly with children, adolescents, couples, and families is critical.

  Willingness to undergo a background check prior to employment.

  The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
