Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly telehealth-based, allowing you to work from the comfort of your chosen location while ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Native Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Maintaining an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness in your therapeutic approach.
\n
• Engaging with clients in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using creative interventions tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Preparing thorough documentation for each session, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, following organizational policies.

• Collaborating closely with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for clients.

The primary focus of your therapeutic practice will encompass a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a wide array of challenges, such as addiction and mental health issues.
