Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Native Health Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to determine mental health diagnoses and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, ensuring timely and effective documentation, including treatment plan reviews, session notes, and follow-up assessments in alignment with company policies.

• Deliver high-quality mental health services through one-on-one therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, both virtually and potentially in-person where applicable.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique goals, focusing on fostering resilience and achieving positive outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring that families and support systems are involved in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma. You will play a crucial role in supporting these clients as they navigate their mental health journeys, focusing on their strengths and empowering them to achieve holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a closely related field).

• A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
