Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to establish diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 to 30 client visits per week, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with company policies.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to achieve client goals.

• Collaborate actively with case managers, medical personnel, and other team members to coordinate care and support for clients.

• Prepare and submit detailed progress notes, treatment plan updates, and ongoing client assessments to ensure quality care and effective communication.

Your focus will include a diverse mix of clients across various demographics, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostics assessments and developing clinical documentation, including treatment plans and case notes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 90,000 and USD 110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Our compensation package includes:
