Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for children and adolescents, focusing on emotional and psychological support.

• Address high-risk behaviors such as self-injurious actions and physical aggression through targeted interventions.

• Collaborate consistently with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and educational specialists, to create integrated support plans for clients.

• Document all therapy sessions accurately, ensuring timely submission of intake records, treatment plans, and progress notes to maintain compliance with clinic policies.

• Participate in monthly team meetings to review cases, share insights, and refine treatment strategies as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is dedicated to providing therapeutic support specifically geared towards children aged 3-20, particularly those with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license is mandatory.

• Availability to work a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours (4-7 PM); weekend availability is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
