Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients in various therapeutic modalities, primarily focusing on family and couples therapy. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families to identify their therapeutic needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, ensuring to address both joint and individual concerns effectively.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on the assessment outcomes.

• Working with patients facing various challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, medical issues, and adjustment to significant life changes such as divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to enhance communication and resolve conflicts among family members.

• Regularly documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
