Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's unique situation.

• Coordinate referrals to community resources and support services, guiding clients toward additional assistance as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with a diverse population that may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Working with both adolescents and adults, you will play an integral role in supporting clients during pivotal moments in their lives, ensuring they receive the personalized care necessary for their recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• At least two years of experience in providing mental health counseling services in an outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and methodologies for treating a range of mental health disorders.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities.

• Experience working with specific populations such as adolescents, LGBTQ+ clients, or individuals with trauma histories is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting client interactions and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
