Responsibilities Support customer onboarding and review necessary documents (T&Cs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements) Manage customer compliance documentation, safety assessments, etc. Support with project tasks and processes Maintain customer accounts across multiple customer portals and systems Coordinate projects and processes across cross-functional teams Serve as a point of contact through various communication channels Support sales activities by routing leads appropriately Requirements Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.4 GPA 1+ years of professional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with account management in CRM and/or ERP systems Familiarity with reviewing business documents (terms and conditions, NDAs, etc.) Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service orientation Quick learner who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to seek guidance when needed Effective collaborator cross-functionally and can manage multiple priorities Additional Information Benefits/Culture/Bonuses and More!
