Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Heartford, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Your focus will primarily be on clients experiencing anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. The ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and deliver culturally responsive care is essential in fostering trust and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a full and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic techniques and approaches to effectively address diverse client needs.

• Strong background and experience in treating children and adolescents struggling with anxiety disorders and related issues.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heartford Mental Health Solutions values its employees and offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
