Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and physical evaluations, utilizing advanced diagnostic methods to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and analyze laboratory tests, radiology studies, and other diagnostic procedures, interpreting the results to inform clinical decisions.
• Prescribe medications and carry out necessary therapeutic interventions, ensuring you adhere to clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and effective management of chronic health issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care, manage referrals, and follow-up on treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
