Work Environment

Located in Tonawanda, New York, a vibrant community characterized by its friendly neighborhoods and close-knit atmosphere, our practice fosters a supportive onsite work environment. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced schedule that enhances work-life harmony. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations to accurately diagnose a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans, enhancing patient understanding of their health status.
• Prescribe medications and implement therapeutic procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through adherence to clinical guidelines and practices.
• Deliver vital education and counseling to patients on health promotion strategies, disease prevention methods, and management of long-term conditions.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, facilitating referrals and coordination of care, ensuring every patient receives comprehensive support tailored to their healthcare journey.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York.
