Work Environment

The work setting is predominantly onsite, where you will engage with patients in their homes or in various community venues. The work schedule typically spans from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Furthermore, participation in weekend community outreach events and health fairs may be part of your responsibilities, emphasizing our commitment to community health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for diverse individuals and families, ensuring each patient receives individualized care plans targeting their specific health concerns.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, providing preventive care and promoting health education tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with local community organizations and health stakeholders to develop and implement educational programs aimed at increasing health literacy and awareness.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Nurse Practitioner position offers a highly competitive salary range of USD 180,000 – 200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
