Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of diverse clients, establishing trust and professional relationships while adhering to ethical boundaries.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, histories, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and supervise personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Regularly meet with clients—conducting individual therapy sessions, tracking their progress, and guiding them toward achieving their therapy goals.

• Document all sessions meticulously in a timely manner, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment updates as per regulatory and organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing supervision sessions to ensure clinical growth and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess a current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas.
