Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing, personal growth, and positive mental health outcomes for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client privacy and upholding our organization's commitment to professional ethics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Individual and Family Counseling Center, Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
