A well-established restaurant group is seeking a Multi-Unit Chef to oversee culinary operations for multiple upscale dining concepts. This is a hands-on leadership role with excellent growth potential for a proven culinary leader. About the Role As the Multi-Unit Chef, you’ll coordinate and lead back-of-house operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring consistency in food quality, financial performance, and operational standards. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership on menu development, training, and recipe execution while building and mentoring high-performing kitchen teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee culinary operations across multiple units, ensuring consistency of standards and guest experience Lead, train, and develop Sous Chefs and BOH staff Collaborate with leadership on menu planning, recipe design, and culinary training Monitor and manage financials (COGS, labor, inventory, controllables) across units Establish and maintain culinary SOPs for consistency across properties Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of culinary staff Work with vendors to maximize purchasing value and implement cost controls Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety standards Maintain strong communication with directors and unit leadership Qualifications 5+ years progressive culinary management experience , including 2+ years in multi-unit or multi-outlet oversight Strong track record in team leadership, training, and development Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe (or equivalent) required Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, and inventory systems Legal ability to work in the U.S. What We Offer Competitive salary aligned with experience Bonus program tied to performance Relocation assistance available Long-term career growth within a respected and expanding restaurant group #J-18808-Ljbffr
