Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions through video conferencing, utilizing your training and expertise to engage effectively with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing care to stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health needs. You will have the opportunity to work with clients dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, and other mental health issues, ensuring that they receive comprehensive and compassionate support as they work towards improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and delivering client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in treating mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology, with the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatry and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• A proven track record of achieving positive outcomes with clients dealing with mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available.
