Controller Position Located in the Wausau Area We are working with a rapidly-growing manufacturing company that is looking for a new Controller to join the team. This position will oversee a team of four and has a quick roadmap to VP! Responsibilities Prepare the annual budget and forecasts Prepare monthly detailed cash forecasts Manage and supervise the cost system to provide accurate information for inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, and overhead costs Prepare monthly financial statements and lead close process Comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Coordination and preparation of fiscal year end external audit Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 6+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting Problem-solving/process improvement mindset Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. #J-18808-Ljbffr
