Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans targeted at their unique challenges.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, actively tracking and documenting their progress toward these objectives.

• Provide virtual therapy options through telehealth, ensuring that clients who face mobility challenges or geographical barriers have access to support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements to uphold clinical integrity.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and workshops, ensuring your skills remain sharp and up-to-date with the latest trends in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adult clients who are navigating various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your expertise as an LMFT will be pivotal in helping clients develop coping strategies and work through their difficulties, thereby fostering a healthier, more balanced life.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
