Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

• Partner with clients to establish realistic and measurable therapeutic goals, tracking their progression through regular check-ins and outcome evaluations.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to Washington state regulations and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest trends and research in social work and mental health therapy, attending relevant workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will primarily involve working with individuals undergoing detoxification and individuals seeking support for mental health challenges. This includes clients grappling with substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the social determinants of health are essential, as many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may face unique barriers to accessing care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, particularly in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.

• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches that drive client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
