Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine behavioral health diagnoses and related care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss and coordinate the behavioral health interventions and treatment goals for patients.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate treatment plans that are responsive to the evolving needs of patients across various life stages, from children to the elderly.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, in your treatment approach.

• Stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health care, community resource availability, and cultural sensitivity to effectively serve diverse populations.

• Provide education and resources to clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community support services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Participate in peer supervision and case discussions to promote ongoing learning and quality improvement within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LICSW will work primarily with a diverse patient demographic, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
