Experience: Minimum 1 year of outpatient cardiology practice; not suitable for new grads

Pay rate: $1.00/hour (discussed upon application)

What You ll Do

Provide outpatient noninvasive cardiology care within a collaborative clinical setting
Manage a patient panel in partnership with a physician and Advanced Practice Providers
Perform and interpret EKGs for diagnostic purposes
Conduct ambulatory cardiac monitoring and interpret the results
Perform transthoracic echocardiography (TTE)
Potentially perform nuclear stress testing and stress echocardiography
Assist with device management (preferred skill but not required)
Coordinate care with referral centers for inpatient and advanced procedures
Maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation, and diagnostic accuracy
Participate in a structured weekday clinic schedule, with no weekend or overnight call

What You Need
Required:

Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiology, VT medical license preferred
Minimum 1 year outpatient experience in cardiology
Ability to perform diagnostic EKGs, echocardiography, and ambulatory monitoring

Preferred:

Experience with nuclear stress testing and device management
