BIC Manager (New Business & Conflicts)
\n \nPosition Summary:
\nLead and oversee daily business intake, conflicts, and compliance operations for a designated team. Manage workflow, staff performance, coaching, and development while partnering with leadership on reporting, metrics, and process improvements. Serve as a key resource for escalated matters and help ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.

- Lead a team overseeing business intake, conflicts, and compliance processes. \n
- Manage daily workflow, staffing, mentoring, and performance development. \n
- Serve as an escalation point for attorneys and business professionals. \n
- Oversee conflict checks, new matter intake, and risk assessment activities. \n
- Drive process improvements and support strategic operational initiatives. \n
- Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient service delivery. \n
- Develop and deliver training programs for team members and stakeholders. \n
- Track metrics, reporting, and service-level performance. \n
- Ideal background: 5+ years of legal conflicts/intake experience with supervisory experience preferred. \n
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required. \n
