This impactful contract opportunity spans through May 2027, providing direct support to children ages 3 to 4 in a nurturing, specialized environment. With a generous 37.5 hours per week across a Monday-to-Friday schedule, you’ll have the chance to work closely with a manageable caseload (typically ranging from 4 to 10 students, depending on enrollment).

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Teacher Certification in Special Education for the relevant age group
• Experience working with preschool-aged children, especially within autism programs, highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate meaningfully with staff and families
• Capable of individualized education plan (IEP) implementation and monitoring progress
• Adaptability and compassion for meeting diverse developmental, behavioral, and educational needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as Special Education Case Manager for assigned students, ensuring tailored instruction and intervention
• Develop and maintain IEPs, coordinate meetings, and communicate student progress to parents and staff
• Employ evidence-based strategies and interventions to meet the unique needs of each child
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere at a single school site dedicated to early learning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including related service providers, paraprofessionals, and administration
• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements
