Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Previous classroom experience working with students with learning differences

• Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to adapt instruction based on individual student needs
• Positive attitude and dedication to fostering student achievement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
• Adapt curriculum materials and teaching techniques to accommodate a variety of learning styles and abilities
• Work closely with other educators, therapists, and families to create a supportive educational setting
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for students
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and emotional support to help each student succeed
• Participate in regular meetings, professional development, and trainings as required
